Expenses Report

The expenses report provides a summary list of the expense items you have entered into Simple BK. The report can be filtered by date range, type of expense or supplier. The filters can be applied singularly or together, with each additional filter further reducing the number of items displayed.

Tap on 'Export' to write the selected records to a file on your iPhone®. The file can then be retrieved using iTunes'® Documents feature on the Apps tab. The file is in a comma seperated values (CSV) format which can be opened in most spreadsheet applications or text editors.

Tap on 'View' to display the report on your phone. You can then tap on idividual expense records to see the full details and to edit the record if required. The report can also be used to delete one or more items.
